Things I Learned From Minecraft

  1. Creepers and Endermen don't mix
  2. Check for lava under a diamond ore before mining out the diamond ore.
  3. Don't build a tower out of sand while your friends are nearby
  4. Always bring an extra sword and pickaxe.

@#3: My fault! I have an over-powered shovel and was trying to help out. Turns out I was more of a safety hazard! ^^;

Addendum to 3: If a friend does start helping out, stop digging and ride it out. They can still only dig out one block at a time.

5. Just because you can convert an entire magma lake into obsidian doesn't mean you should.
6. Lava is not just a light source, it is also a fire hazard.

7. If you're going to build a lava lamp house, don't use wooden buttons.

(Why yes, I love lava. What gave it away?)
